You are not too far gone, you are not too broken, it is not too late, yes you CAN do this…no matter what.
How do I know this?
Let me paint you a picture of what my life used to feel like.
14 years ago I was living in a cluttered house that I could not get in front of. With a husband whom I mostly resented. With kids I loved with all of my heart, but desperately wanted to leave me alone sometimes.
In a job I didn’t hate but definitely didn’t love.
Being the caregiver to an alcoholic dad who had blown up his life.
I woke up every morning feeling one or more of the following: defeated, overwhelmed, behind, bored, empty, lonely, stuck. Then I felt guilty for feeling those feelings because….shouldn’t I just be grateful for what I have?
There were flashes of the life I wanted, the life I really believed I was meant to be living, but those flashes always vanished because CLEARLY, it wasn’t possible. So I thought.
Fast-forward to today.
Today, that past life feels so far away.
Sure, the stuff is still the same: I’ve got a house, a husband, and two kids (teenagers now!!), a full time job, a dog, bills, PMS, all the same elements as before.
But all of it – EVERY BIT OF IT – feels completely different.
I am empowered instead of helpless.
Calm and confident has replaced overwhelmed and stuck.
And instead of resentful? I feel supported, in love, and connected.

Hello, gorgeous soul.

I’m Kristen, and I have been relentlessly committed to creating a life I LOVE for more than 20 years. And, for over a decade, relentlessly committed to showing others every damn thing I’ve learned about creating that life.
What do I know?
Well, I feel like my very unique blend of formal education plus lotssss of life experience has given me the balance of knowing AND doing.
After earning a master’s degree in science, I spent years taking brains that operate one way and helping them to operate in a new way. It’s a professional background that has come in awfully handy in my work as a coach AND in my private life.
I completed life coach training in 2012 and mostly what it taught me is that I was born to be a life coach.
I have learned how to work WITH my ADHD. I feel like the way my brain is wired is a superpower (as long as I’ve got a little structure in place).
I have plenty of experience with grief. Wish I didn’t, but I do. I became a “young widow” before I was 30 and lost my dad to alcoholism.
I am a raging empath and have learned how to not drown in that.
I got to experience postpartum depression from the inside.
Have I mentioned my eating disorder?
I have built a very successful career from scratch, after YEARS of floundering.
I have been *thisclose* to divorce and now we are solidly and truly happy.
My newest learning journey is having a child with a mystery chronic illness…and employing ALL of my tools for this.
And those are just the highlights.
The reason I get you is because I’ve probably BEEN you.
I created Calm AF Life for YOU so it doesn’t have to be as hard or as expensive, or take as long as it did for me.
Because here’s what I know for sure:
At the end of your life, there will be things you wish you hadn’t spent your time worrying about. Decisions you wish you wouldn’t have taken so long to make. Boundaries you wish you hadn’t been so scared to set. Dreams you wish you wouldn’t have given up on.
Calm AF Life is the program that will get you OUT of your head, help you STOP worrying about the things that won’t ultimately matter, and bring you back INTO your life.
