You don't need another fresh start.
You need somewhere worth staying.
The Calm AF Community is a membership designed to keep you connected to yourself, to what matters and to your goals so you can enjoy your actual life while it's happening, not later. So every busy season, hard week or old pattern doesn't send you all the way back to the beginning.
Join the Interest List Doors open for three days only: September 23–25.You TOTALLY know what to do.
You get why you people please and still hear yourself saying yes when you mean no.
You can know exactly what dysregulation looks like and still spend three days obsessing over somebody's tone.
You can read the books, listen to the podcasts, set the boundaries, have the breakthrough and feel like:
Yes. THIS time I've got it.
And then life happens.
Work gets ridiculous. Someone needs you. You're tired. Something goes
sideways. You stop paying attention to yourself. Old patterns quietly
take the wheel.
Then a month or two later you look around and think: How the hell did I get back here?
You didn't lose everything you learned.
You drifted.
And another burst of information probably isn't going to solve drift.
What helps is having an anchor.
Live your life. Stay anchored.
Come get what you need to remember who you are and reconnect with who you are becoming...
But then go live your life.
Go work. Go parent. Go travel and create and clean your house.
Have amazing days. Have total dumpster-fire days.
Go be a normal human.
Then come back.
Come back to the place where everyone speaks the same language, struggles with the same issues, and doesn’t even bat an eye when you show up after a month has passed.
This is why we’re here.
The goal isn’t to become a perfectly regulated robot.
The goal is to notice sooner, bounce back quicker, and stop disappearing from yourself for big chunks of time.
Whatever you’re doing, Mom, it’s working. Keep doing it.
“I know we're only in week 9 but this morning Alissa and I had a really connecting conversation before she left for school and right at the end she said, ‘Whatever you're doing, Mom, it's working.’
I've felt that she's been angry with me and I thought for sure it was because of the boundaries I've set with her father, but she shared with me that she's not angry with me—she's just feeling angry.
She's proud of me—she actually said, ‘I'm proud of you mom.’ She's feeling a little overwhelmed since I'm not energy managing him, I'm not regulating him by dysregulating myself anymore. Anyway, as she was leaving she said, ‘Whatever you're doing, Mom, it's working. Keep doing it’ and I thought I might float away.”
When you join, we bring you all the way in.
You are not going to join and then wander around wondering what you’re supposed to do next.
We like to start with a little bombardment—because that gets the neurons’ full attention.
For your first four months, you’ll be connected to your own cohort.
We’ll teach you the foundational Calm AF work.
We’ll help you use it in your actual life.
I’ll be right there with you, alongside our community hostess with the mostest, Courtney.
AND? An amazing group of women who have already been doing this work for a while—but who, not that long ago, were right where you are today.
Yep. I did that too.
Here’s what helped me.
You’re not behind.
Come on.
Because sometimes you need coaching.
And sometimes you just need someone beside you who gets it.
The first four months are about making sure you feel known, supported, and actually part of this place—not like another name on a membership list.
The Calm AF Foundation
We’re not trying to turn you into a different person in four months.
We’re trying to help you get so much better at noticing what’s happening, understanding what you need, and coming back to yourself that you stop losing entire chunks of your life to old patterns.
Here’s what we’ll focus on:
Come in. Get known. Get anchored.
We’ll get you oriented, connected to your cohort, and paying attention to what is actually happening in your life—not what you think should be happening.
Catch yourself sooner.
We’ll work with the Calm AF Scale so you can recognize what your nervous system is doing before you’re already ten miles down the road.
Feel without fixing everything.
We’ll work with emotions—how to notice them, feel them, move through them, and stop immediately trying to control, avoid, analyze, or solve them.
Change what happens next.
We’ll work with thoughts, patterns, and neuroplasticity so you can start interrupting the same old loops and creating new responses.
The goal is not perfection.
The goal is to know yourself well enough—and practice this often enough—that coming back to yourself gets faster, easier, and more automatic.
My only job today was to stay regulated.
“It was a long day, but I’m happy to report that I do not feel soul exhausted. In fact, the day flew by.
My only job today was to stay regulated. That was my focus.
And I really opened myself up to feedback—to the idea that he’s not trying to criticize me, but actually trying to support me by laying out expectations and explaining the why behind how things are done.
And once I saw it that way, it was no big deal.”
You stay.
You move from “bombardment” to “in the wild.”
Think of the first four months like learning to drive a car.
We teach you. We help prepare you for what to expect out on the open road. You’re in the driver’s seat, but we’re right there beside you with our foot on the brake pedal...just in case.
But then?
You learn by living.
Go drive.
See what you’ve got down. See what you’re still working on.
This work is lifelong. There will always be skills that take longer to click and new terrain to navigate.
The goal is to help you build enough awareness, language, repetition, and trust in yourself that you need less structure without losing the connection.
After the bombardment, you move fully into the larger Calm AF Community.
You’ll still have the monthly Community call.
You’ll still have the Calm AF Community space to check in, set intentions, share wins, ask questions, and come back when life knocks you sideways.
Because it WILL.
You’ll still be surrounded by women who know the language and know the work.
But the training wheels come off.
The structure gets lighter. The connection stays.
And then there’s all the stuff that happens because this is an actual community of humans.
Book clubs. Monthly challenges. Pop-up workshops.
Some Calm AF’ers meet up in real life. Hang out. Send each other cards. Share creative ideas.
Some of that we plan.
Some of it just happens because people actually know each other.
The Community exists less to keep teaching you new things and more to help you remember to stay.
Join the Interest List Doors open for three days only: September 23–25.What does staying connected actually look like?
Here’s what it doesn’t look like:
You are not going to be left alone with a bunch of information and a calendar reminder to “work on yourself.”
During your first four months, you’ll have a regular rhythm of support built in.
A monthly Foundation call
Workshop-style teaching + coaching around that month’s work, what’s happening in your actual life, and how to connect the dots.
We'll learn the Calm AF Scale and work on our regulation plans together.
You'll learn how to go into "the Feelings Room" so you never have to be afraid of your feelings again.
You'll spend time understanding the stories you carry around, why you carry them around, and how to leave them behind.
Two cohort check-ins with Courtney and/or Kristen
Consistency and repetition are what create new neural pathways.
You do not need to be learning something new every second of the day.
But you do need to do the reps.
These check-ins are where we keep practicing, noticing, talking through what’s happening, and bringing you back before you’ve drifted too far.
One full Calm AF Community call each month
This is where your cohort joins the larger Community—women who are already living this work, practicing it, forgetting it, remembering it, and coming back.
This call is usually about celebrating how the work is working, the calm is calming, and the life is lifeing.
Your own private cohort channel
For the first four months, your cohort has its own place inside the Community to check in, share wins, ask questions, and actually get to know each other.
All the courses
Regulated, The Feelings Room + Rewired.
We’re not gonna assign you homework.
But if it helps you to listen or watch your way through the Calm AF Process, you’ll have access to all of it.
Your own private cohort podcast
If you like to listen while you move, if you miss a call, or if you want to replay something that really clicked, your calls and coaching will be available in your Community members-only podcast.
When the work starts becoming your life.
Not perfection.
Not never getting dysregulated.
Not becoming a different person.
Just noticing that the way you move through your life is changing.
The people holding the space.

Kristen Finch
I created the Calm AF work because I got tired of watching incredibly capable women make themselves small—shrinking themselves down into versions they thought other people wanted them to be.
I got tired of watching brilliant women walk around too exhausted, overwhelmed, or confused to enjoy the lives they worked so hard to create.
My job inside the Community is to teach and coach and cheer you on AND crack the whip if I need to.
I’ll help you see what you can’t see yet and keep pointing you back to yourself.
I’ve got a master’s in science, and I’ve been rewiring brains and regulating nervous systems for more than 25 years with all sorts of people.
But you wanna woo out??
I am your girl.
I’ve been reading energy and “knowing” things for as long as I can remember.
A double Libra, I’m all about the balance between the science and the magic, seeking out the light and sitting in the dark, the ambition and the rest.
I like finding the center of it all.

Courtney Ramsey
Courtney is our hostess with the mostest.
She’s a Virgo, so...you know she keeps all of us organized.
And one of the most important things about Courtney is that she’s been part of this world for years.
She knows what it’s like to hear something, understand it intellectually, try to use it in real life, forget it, come back, practice it again, and eventually realize:
Oh shit. I’m actually different now.
Courtney is FUN. She is playful. She is strong AF. And she's a master manifestor.
She’s the one who will keep our book clubs running and she'll be showing you around the community, planning all the fun things. She'll help keep the Community connected, and make sure there are plenty of ways to come back in when you’ve wandered off.
Courtney is our fave.
Give yourself a year.
One month is plenty of time to get inspired and take some steps...
It is not enough time to change who you are.
This work is not about having one breakthrough and never struggling again.
It’s about living through enough real life that you get lots of reps.
Through the good weeks and the hard weeks.
When that old pattern you thought was gone pops up out of nowhere.
And instead of deciding you’ve failed and starting over again...
You stay.
You stay long enough to notice that what used to wreck your whole week now takes an afternoon.
Then maybe an hour.
Then maybe you catch it before it even gets that far.
You stay long enough to trust yourself more.
You stay long enough to become the woman telling someone new:
Oh yeah. I used to do that too.
That’s why Calm AF Community is designed to be a one-year commitment to yourself and this work.
Because we want you to give yourself enough time to actually see what happens when you stop starting over.

Before you join.
I’m brand new to your work. Can I still join?
Yep! All you need to know to join is that you want to create a life that doesn’t feel like you’re always putting out fires.
The four-month Foundation is there to teach you in a dedicated, structured way how to regulate your nervous system on demand, feel your feelings without avoiding or fixing, and rewire your thoughts so your mind becomes a more supportive place.
Then we all go practice out in the wild.
What if I’ve already done Calm AF Life or know this work really well?
You are absolutely welcome.
Knowing the work and living the work are two different things.
If you’ve been around for a while, the Foundation can be a refresher, a reset, and a chance to practice the work at a different level with the person you are now.
Is this a course?
No.
But you will have access to the courses I’ve created in the past to teach the Calm AF tools and frameworks.
Is this group coaching?
During your Bombardment phase, there will be more teaching and coaching happening during our calls as you are learning and practicing in your real life.
But the Community itself is an anchor.
It’s the accountability and repetition, the connections, the conversations, and the wins that keep you from drifting too far from your Calm AF life.
What if I can’t make the live calls?
Come whenever you can. The more you put yourself in the room with your cohort and me, the better I can help you.
But if you miss a call, no biggie.
They’ll be recorded and uploaded to your private cohort feed, which is only accessible to the women in your cohort.
We will gather everyone’s availability as soon as enrollment closes and do our very best to accommodate as many schedules as possible.
This is not a program where perfect attendance gets you a gold star.
How much time do I need to spend in the Community?
There is no required number of hours. You’re a grownup. We trust you to do what works for you.
That said...we call the first four months Bombardment for a reason.
What you learn in those four months isn’t meant to help you for four months. These are skills you can use for the rest of your life.
The more you bombard yourself with the messages, the Community, the intentions, and the reps, the more opportunities your brain has to strengthen those neural pathways until the new response becomes easier and more automatic.
We’re not in a rush.
But why not go all in for yourself?
What happens after the first four months?
The Bombardment ends. You go “in the wild.”
Your smaller Foundation cohort and the extra check-ins wind down, and you move fully into the larger Calm AF Community.
You’ll still have the monthly Community call, the Community space, your people, and all the ongoing ways to reconnect.
The structure gets lighter.
The connection stays.
Am I committing for a year?
If it were up to me, I’d suggest you commit for life because this isn’t really work you ever stop needing.
Why do you think I’m still showing up to every call??
Taking care of your nervous system and mind is a lot like taking care of your body.
If you want to stay healthy, you keep choosing the things that support your health. When you hit your goals at the gym, you don’t announce that you’re done exercising forever.
Same here.
If your circumstances genuinely change and you need to leave, you can cancel future recurring membership payments.
But come in intending to give yourself a year.
Stay long enough to actually see who you become when you stop starting over.
How much does it cost?
There is a $500 one-time Foundation fee when you join.
This covers the Bombardment pieces: the courses, the workshops, the direct coaching, the private podcasts, and more.
Your ongoing Calm AF Community membership is $77/month beginning October 1.
Your first payment is $500, then $77/month automatically beginning October 1.
What is the refund policy?
Because you receive immediate access to the Community, your Foundation experience, the courses, and member resources, the $500 Foundation fee is nonrefundable.
Monthly membership payments that have already processed are also nonrefundable.
If you need to leave, you may cancel future recurring payments.
When does everything start?
Enrollment is open September 23–25 only.
We’ll officially welcome the new cohort into Calm AF Community at the beginning of October.
Exact October–January call times will be finalized after enrollment closes so we can take the new cohort’s schedules into consideration.
What if I’m shy, introverted, or not a “community person”?
Believe it or not...I am NOT a community person either.
I am a “slip through the cracks” person.
So don’t worry, friend. I won’t push you too far out of your comfort zone.
The reason I love the small cohorts to start is that you will become a little unit.
Because you’re coming to the Calm AF Community calls from the beginning, you’ll easily integrate into the main Community when it’s time—but your cohort is special.
The most important thing is to just show up.
To a call. To a book club. To a check-in. To set your intentions.
You do not have to become a “community person.”
You just need to let yourself belong to one.
You do not need another fresh start.
You do not need to wait until January.
You do not need to get your life perfectly organized first.
You do not need to become more disciplined, more motivated, or more “ready.”
You need somewhere to stay connected while your actual life keeps happening.
Somewhere to come back when you drift.
Somewhere to remember who you are.
Somewhere to keep practicing who you’re becoming.
Live your life.
Stay anchored.
Calm AF Community opens September 23–25.
